@GregtheMad: LITTLE BRAIN
@MichaelPalin: Maybe Nintendo considers importing a form of piracy? Not really sure, just trying to come up with a reason.
Aw, I saw this from across the room and thought it was a line of designer SSDs being announced. Sad day.
@peteer02: hates geofencing: They're actually "borrowing" from Dungeons and Dragons, which this series' gameplay has by and large always been drawn from. Dual wielding is very common among certain types of characters in D&D, and as you level you gain "feats" which give you small bonuses or new abilities.
@NorthStar37: It's possible that Luke hasn't played D&D.
@Demoskinos: Have you played Oblivion? The skill leveling system works the same as this. You can be a super awesome adventurer that is good at everything, if you're willing to put the time into it. It's one of the things I like about the series. You're a hero, and it is very obvious.
Where AAaah the ISA?!
@Jonn: They were making fun of his K/D.
@mikeman06: By time it's released, Windows Phone 7 will need to be replaced anyway.
Indiana Jones, a funky Lego dude, upside down ice cream, and a monkey. That's what I see.
@gypsygib: You can also buy a pack of crayons that don't require an iPad for that price. Less if you go Rose-Art.
@lurkingsalt: I saw it for the first time a few years ago. Instant favorite. Of course, I tend to like just about anything Mel Brooks makes.
@wohdin: Heh, maybe they'll release a 3DSi a year after the 3DS launches.
I think the 3DS is pretty ugly, actually. I'm still going to get one eventually, but I wish it would lose all that gloss.
@Mandalayon: That isn't true. Pokemon Diamond and Pearl were released in 2006 in Japan. MHP2G was released in 2008. After its first year of sale, until now, Pokemon has sold about 600k copies (not counting Platinum). After its first year, MHP2G has sold 800k copies. That's an average of 5300 sales per week vs 20k…
I've been using a Lian Li PC-A70F Black Aluminum case for about a year now on my i7 build, and I'm really pleased with how spacious it is and how easily I can add new hard drives. The only complaint I have (and this seems to apply to quite a few of Lian Li's tower cases) is that there is no top fan vent, which I…
I think we need to start a Kotaku betting pool on when MHP3 will pass Pokemon B&W.
@iadagraca: Yeah, I've watched that whole series and read the manga. I'm just saying that perversion is part of Disgaea's image. It's never been a game for the kiddies.
Next up: Breasts for Etna!
