I still got a refund on the game and premium from Microsoft about two weeks ago even though I'd had it since release.

I got it day one digitally, still was able to get a refund about two weeks ago.

I got BF4 day one. I just got my refund a week or two ago through Xbox live support because it was still broken. If it's actually fixed I might get it again on sale someday but I'm glad I got my $120 back.
