I got a refund from Microsoft about two weeks ago after having the game since day one.

I still got a refund on the game and premium from Microsoft about two weeks ago even though I'd had it since release.
I got it day one digitally, still was able to get a refund about two weeks ago.
I got BF4 day one. I just got my refund a week or two ago through Xbox live support because it was still broken. If it's actually fixed I might get it again on sale someday but I'm glad I got my $120 back.
Thanks, same to you, its an incredible universe. You should read Karen Traviss' Gears of War books.
Her Gears trilogy became 5 books, so we can hope.
Indeed the games are backseat for me now to. If you like Traviss' first book in Halo, Glasslands, you should give her Gears books a go, they're incredible. Aspho Fields had me tearing up, in a Gears of War book!!!!
Hmmm... Really? She only made Halsey look like a monster from the perspective of the characters she wrote from, and they would have thought her a monster. Plus, think about what Halsey did, she was a monster. Anyways, the whole time reading I could understand what they thought about Halsey without thinking that I…
So agreed! The ODSTs were incredible. Were being the operative word since they did not appear at all in Halo 4, probably my biggest problem with the game.
Calmness. I've already said multiple times responding to this article that I agree Halo 4 could have definitely told the events between games better so that gamers understood the core events of the books without reading. I just don't think EU has to be relegated to back stories that have no significance. Hence my…
I agree that Halo 4 should have talked about the important events of the books. It would have been easy to do too, instead they awkwardly start the game with Halsey imprisoned which no one not reading the books would understand at all. However, the material in the books is still incredible and should be involved in…
Yeah, like you're reading news articles about video games right now. The core Halo books and the Gears books are not like normal video game books, they're incredible. Karen Traviss is now my favourite author.
Halo Reach was my least favourite because it said a giant F you to the books if you really pay attention to the details of what's happening on Reach in the game and what's supposed to be happening in the books. Though, I did like the squad of more human Spartans, there just weren't supposed to be any Spartan III's on…
I hope not. Disappointment.
I really really hope it's not just Halo 2 anniversary. Frig that, move on. I want another ODST game or a game with ODST's becoming Spartan IV's leading up to Halo 4 or something. Or another Halo Wars, it had a surprisingly good story that kind of ends like Halo 3, what is happening to those characters now?
Read Glasslands (not because you have to, it's just awesome). You are technically not fighting the Covenant in Halo 4 as mentioned very super briefly by MC while escaping the Forward Unto Dawn "These look different" or something like that. You're fighting a splinter group of the covenant who are mostly comprised of…
Keep reading.
Definitely catch up on Karen Traviss' books, blow your mind!
In this case the books are way better than the games. Karen Traviss' books will blow you away. She also wrote all the Gears books which take a meat head shooter and turn it into something I could tear up over while reading Aspho Fields. I agree that Halo 4 should have been explained better, but not that the book…
I agree it was badly explained in Halo 4. It was in Glasslands that the situation in Halo 4 is really explained.
