I wouldn’t worry too much about the front bumper. The passenger grille insert mold was out of spec and would pop out after it aged. Seriously, try to find a Mark IV that still has it. Much the same with the front lower spoiler, will start hanging down with age.

Yeah man, just call the local tow-truck company and have them do it.  A few stations in my area have tow signs with numbers, they would be happy to tow a truck illegally parked and charge them $400 (yes that much, we have a major problem in Detroit about it).
