I just updated and now I have a question. Were the sidebar icons in the old versions of iTunes colored or gray? They're colored in iTunes 11 and they really seem to clash with the gray icons of the Finder sidebar in Mountain Lion. I'm just curious.

I second this. I've had a similar experience with my 13" 20111 MBP. That said, I've used it for quite a few other things, so I still rate it a worthwhile purchase. I just wish I had bought the 15" instead or could convince my wife that we need a Windows PC.
