Read down the thread, discoveries were made, laughs were had, coffee was served. Good times had by all.
Ram split 50/50, I like that.
Had to dig around and bounced it off several GM fanatical friends of mine, this was all news to us. I still like the RamBox the best
But it's a Rambox knock off, I expected better of you, Andrew ;-)
No narrower than the wheel wells on a box without, still fits anything that would sit flat on the bed floor before.
Thank you for this.
9.) Ben Hur Chariot Race
Yeah, it's probably more the inconsistency than the lack of systems being up to date. I still find myself, as a "Ram" owner, stumbling through parts sites a few different directions including "Ram", "Dodge", and "Dodge Truck" which isn't bad but I wonder how people who don't know any better fair.
I never thought about this but is the Ram badge common outside of the USA?
I like it, the parts store counter conversation:
Yes, we got to drive around a fully-loaded cop car and play with the sirens and lights and loudspeaker and all that. The cop version even doubles down on the Americana aspect by having a column-shift transmission — when was the last car you saw with one of those?
Plus, I think the new modernized lights and front end completely change the face of the car, giving it a pleasingly futuristic and clean look that emphasizes the cars width and manages to keep things uncluttered. The rear's 'racetrack' taillight may be the best expression of this decades-long quest for the ultimate…
Tanker + "Drafting" = Puns!
Uff da, I hope the Tanker wasn't driving too fast. The LODD stats involving Tankers and country roads are staggering. I preach a lot of 'fear this truck' in my training around our 3,500 gallon beast.
I have a 2013 with that bed as well, here to post we have that. My 2005 had three or four such things...I don't see the innovation here..
