I don’t really wear makeup, although I have recently thought it was time to change that. For special occasions I’ll put on some dark brown mascara and some lipstick. I have a uncle with a withered arm from childhood polio (that’s not him at left, but the arm is similar). He’s a very robust former dairy farmer, but with one arm as thin around as a young boy’s. It has no control, and he has to kind of flop it up and around with his good arm to get it out of the way.
