I hope you are being sarcastic.

You’re forgetting the other key ingredient of this fuel: electricity. It’s only carbon-neutral if the electricity to produce it comes from a renewable source.
I bet it sells at $77,777.
Yeah i mean it’s really interesting and if it emits less pollution, is affordable, doesn’t trash your milage and doesn’t require a complete redo of the engine to use it would be awesome. Unfortunatley at the moment that all remains unclear. But still making it from just CO2 and water is crazy.
Unironically, I imagine these motorsports applications will actually provide some good research opportunities for the fuel.
As long as car collectors, V6 muscle car dudebros, Instagram influencers, car YouTubers, and Jay Leno get to keep that glorious noise, I don’t think anyone will care.
But seriously, in a world increasingly trying (and mostly unsuccessfully) transitioning to carbon-neutral, this may become revolutionary for cold weather…
But the REAL question, is how well it works. Like does it get similar or better milage than standard gas, and are their eny further modifications to the vehicle needed for this to work? Hmmm so after a little google-fu it appears that C8H18 is just Octane. Interesting.
Pass! It’s been in an accident. A pretty bad one, too. Severe enough that it knocked the steering wheel over to the passenger side!
The horror stories of Kia marking their cars up continue. I live in the metro NY area and every dealership within 100 miles was charging $12-15k over sticker for Tellurides. I found a diamond in the rough (really rough) that is Kia of East Syracuse. They did not charge a dime over sticker. I had to wait 6 months for…
Where are people finding Buick dealerships?
TIL that “Car Bow Store” is a thing that actually exists. If this isn’t another of the ridiculous indicators of how fucked up our priorities are, I don’t know what is. We can’t escape the constant onslaught of stories about overwhelmed hospitals, homeless people dying, empty food banks, etc., but it’s good to know…
At least we haven’t made any of these guys our President unlike America did in 2016.
Harvey Dent said it best...you die a hero, or live long enough to become the villain.
no one needs 99% of cars. We could all get along fine with a boring blob car that gets you from point a to point b.
All EVs are heavy as hell.
Perhaps they are people who want an electric car with proper body panel gaps?
Exactly my point. So why do so many of them, especially the performance versions, suffer from that problem?
Something I think doesn’t get talked about a whole lot with all these new powerful EVs, is how numb and dead the steering feels. They are insanely quick, but the steering feel is pretty much nonexistent.
The main problem is that games are now $70 AND buggy as hell on launch. Why should people pay that much for a game that doesn’t work, when they can wait a couple of months and get it cheaper and in better working order?
This was fun.
