Maritime education in the Philippines is the most neglected proffession in my country and it was never been look at par with other proffession. Myself is a former seaferer for 32 years and i am proud of honing my skills and knowledge to the training i had gained on board as well as the superior training and education

It is sad to see things change. 35 years ago I sailed on Stolt Tankers chemical tankers. The crew were from the Philippines and most of the officers were European. I found the Philippine crew to be excellent knowledgeable hardworking crew members. Myself; I grew up in Norway and went to a maritime school in Arendal. (I

BMW and Lexus get a lot of flak for their grilles but somehow Genesis doesn’t, even though theirs are arguably worse... Especially since the lead photo clearly shows that it’s way bigger than it needs to be.

That’s the first time I’ve seen photos of that car with full sunlight hitting the front end. Having a league of minions to detail your ride would be required, as that grille looks like it would be hell to keep tidy.

$117k is hilarious

Too bad it’s ugly as sin.

I can’t picture any version of Trigun without H/T as its opening theme.

Probably because it’s a Subaru and their techs are more likely to be able to fix it correctly, especially with the issues with valve springs and engine gasket adhesive.

Not a chance. Even with it’s currently depressed share price, Tesla’s current market capitalization is just over $494 billion. That is, if you consider adding another $50 million to that chump change. Like approaching half a trillion dollars!

Yeah nobody is “swooping in” and buying Tesla or its charging network - not with the current valuation. The way I see it happening is that, after the stock goes down another 50% in the next year, Musk will be replaced by the current COO. The stock will rebound on the news that a grown-up is now in charge, and maybe

Oh man, butthurt Tesla owner has entered the chat.

Doug’s is a voice best suited to silent film.

I can never manage to get far in his videos. That voice is simply too annoying
