From memory: It was based on the previous SLK (someone know the "W" chassis codes?) as in, when the SLK went to the new generation, the Crossfire was built on the previous platform. Also, annoyingly, but not surprising given that it was a Benz, the SRT (AMG) was only available with a slushbox. I think I remember

I almost did that at Road Atlanta in my Chumpcar Porsche 944 a few months ago. Trying to get a little heat, it started to get away from me, but I caught it in time. Oops. I keep forgetting to find it in the on-board GoPro footage.

PT Cruiser for sure. Except for that "drive it 'til it's done" bit. If I'm having a bad day I remind myself that since they're out of production, statistically speaking, there are fewer and fewer PT Cruisers in existence than the day before, and tomorrow will be even better, making the automotive landscape a little

For me, and I'm sure it's been mentioned, it's got to be the Lotus Elise. Sure it's more of a sports car, but they turn heads in traffic, and 10 year old kids yell "COOL!!!" when they see them, so that puts them in supercar territory. The fact that I occasionally shop for them with the idea that I might actually buy

It looks like the truck is parked pretty far from the stores, in an area where there are plenty of spots, in a lot where parking is not exactly at a premium. Tell me again what the problem is? Is it that he decided NOT to squeeze his dually into a single spot right next to you so you can barely get in and out of your

The Bimmers have these, at least the X5 does. The fill tube has tabs opposite each other. Both tabs must be pushed radially outward from one another to release the trap door behind them. A gasoline fill nozzle can only trigger one of them at a time. The diesel nozzles are the appropriate diameter to trigger both

Exactly. Personally, I prefer the Atlantic blue over Atlantis, but this isn't about what I want. My brother wanted a black bimmer. Amusingly, now he has a lighter silver 5.

Atlantic and Atlantis? Both blues? Sorry BMW, you asked for this to happen sooner or later.

Not sure about Italy, but using UAVs for commercial purposes such as insurance investigations, etc. is expressly illegal in the United States.

1)How do you know he was going for the fire bottle?

It was the wheels!!! Good job DOTZ. Now I'm not buying your crap wheels.

My condolences to all of the NASCAR world, teams, families, fans. I bash NASCAR quite a bit, but the truth is, it's full of mostly good people. From what I can tell, Mr. Trickle was one of the best.

Was referring to you getting dirty road water on your fenders. The potential for increased safety created by these devices is more important. As far as bikes, I wouldn't support wetting down the road for no reason. But again, potential safety. Motorcyclists understand that the road is sometimes wet.

Mexhuast sounds like regular exhaust, except lazier.

You're not going to cry, are you?

On the upside, when a car comes apart that badly, there's almost no chance for a fire.

Can we get the part number? My collision estimating guides are showing different parts for different years and trim levels etc.

I can't possibly imagine that there's any difference between a small flip out panel on the side of a car not flipping out, and a small bulb on the corner of the fender not flashing.
