How about painting a big-assed neon target on your chest while waving around a huge mirror, and top it off with an few blasts of an airhorn. It would have the same effect as wearing those panels, especially in the desert.

I've traveled all over this planet. I've been to most major cities in the U.S. and Europe, and a few elsewhere. I didn't say it was the dirtiest city I've ever been to, but it was close. New York tops that list, IMHO.

I lived in Urbana for a while, and visited Chicago a few times with friends. There are some parts that are amazing, but overall, it's a dirty city. I didn't care for it, and will never go back. Nothing personal to those that call Chicago home. I prefer medium sized, cleaner cities with more moderate weather.

Even as normal intact dolls, they are creepy. This is much, much worse.

206 is the Seattle Metro area, 425 covers Maple Valley to Everett (East to North of Seattle), 253 is Tacoma/Federal Way, 360 covers the rest of Western Washington, and 509 covers Eastern Washington. These are all rough descriptions.
