A&W used to be underrated with great Root Beer (obviously) and Cheese Curds. But lately they’ve raised their prices on everything (probably to try and survive) but its just driving those of us who do frequent them away.

They are also apparently the only chain that cleans the hoses and nozzles of the soda machines consistently and thoroughly. The whole “McD’s Coke tastes best” thing is actually a thing.

I loved their ads with the sing-shrieking mutant hamsters.

The genius of McDonalds is that every time, in every location, it tastes exactly the same. Not only that, but it tastes exactly the same as it did 20+ years ago when you were a little kid.

People just don’t want to admit they love McDonalds. I love the breakfast, I love Big Macs, I love the pies. The cheap menu cheeseburgers hit that midnight snack spot like nothing else, and the coffee drinks are good! And you hardly ever get a 'dud' item like some chains. They're consistent as hell. Just the other day, I was waxing nostalgic about A&Ws root beer floats and onion rings. Alas, I am far away from any of their locations. Boooo!

The only service difference I have personally experienced is the amount of time it takes to get your food. It takes a long time to get your food at an A&W. Past that it is superior in every way (just an opinion)

Quiznos still exists? I had no idea. I vastly preferred it to Subway, and fuck Jimmy Johns’ basic-ass boring-as-hell sandwiches.

Chick-fil-a sucks. Wendy’s spicy chicken is better 10 times out of 10. Fight me, dipshits.

A&W is hard to find but...their hamburgers are really good.

I was in Vancouver and saw an A&W, so I figured I would drop in for a hot dog.  They did not sell hot dogs.  Canada sucks.

Well my Dad used to bring home half gallons of root beer from A&W on hot summer days, and it was AWESOME! I will not hear their name sullied.
