Yes, if they feel those things are injustices, they should use every platform they have available to speak up about them.

Let’s not minimize the very real and documented police brutality going on in HK while they are trying to suppress the will of the people.

I would encourage everyone to use whatever public platform they are granted to talk about injustice in the world. Perhaps things may get better.

If it did, it would make me question the morality of the contract.

I’m gonna push back against this whole FPGA vs emulation thing.

Do any of these include a CPU that doesn’t cheat?

These aren’t sweaters. They are screen printed sweatshirts.

These sorts of acts of charity are detrimental to non-profits. This sort of giving costs non-profits more than they are worth. Giving of this sort reduces the useful donations because people feel that a charity is getting what it needs when it is not. Giving of this sort requires more time and effort for a non-profit

You definitely shouldn’t do this. It’s better to just send the cash. If the charity needs toiletries, they can buy them with the cash, just as effectively as you can. If you send them a crate of tiny shampoos, they then need to store and disperse that crate. They may already have plenty of shampoo and what they need

A small cash donation can buy and distribute a lot more toiletries than the effort it takes to collect, sort, store, and disperse random toiletries.

Another great thing to give to charities is actual money. The cost involved in physically processing, storing, and distributing all those donated toiletries is kinda expensive.

My son gets 5$, provided that his room is clean on Sunday. He doesn’t need to clean it on sunday, it just needs to be clean at some point that day. He usually does the work on sunday, but it has happened that his room was cleaned an earlier day and was still clean on sunday. Payment is not automatic, he needs to

I’m confused about this article. Your closing paragraph answers the question with a resounding no, citing a couple of other services which offer better prices.

It would do more good to encourage Door Dash to pay their workers better, instead of encouraging people to tip their drivers.

If you’re using flour to thicken a sauce, perhaps a roux is what you should be using?

So, you would cut off all relationships with your spouse or sibling or old friend because they picked up an unhealthy addiction?
