My rice cooker has a “keep warm” function. It holds the contents at 165. I heat water in my kettle, then put it in the rice cooker, then turn on the rice cooker. It’s gonna start a bit hot around 175-185, but once you add your eggs to it, it’ll get to the proper temp. Leave em for 13 minutes, then give em an ice bath.
