No, it doesn’t. It doesn’t even have more processing power than my cell phone (another mobile chip).

I did not make an argument for PCs... More isn’t always better. As I stated, my cell phone has more performance than the Nintendo Switch, but it’s general purpose operating system, non-specialized controls makes it less capable of providing a consistent experience. And, just because I have a flagship phone in my

I disagree. I think for ALL consoles it matters. The system capabilities allow for developers to create the gaming experience they want. Lesser capabilities means less room for developers to work.

That wasn’t what I meant... A few weeks ago, Nintendo fanboys were screaming about how this thing would have more processing power than the xbox one and ps4. Now, that real numbers are around, and it is obviously untrue, the “graphics don’t matter” argument is back on top.

There are power settings which you can adjust behaviors. On some laptops, you can even set it that when you close the lid, the laptop doesn’t power down/sleep/etc.

I’m not sure what I believe anymore. A couple weeks ago, there were plenty of dedicated fanboys who were assuring me that the Switch had more processing power than next generation consoles, now I’m hearing that it’s gonna have the same processing power as a last generation “get it for a penny when you buy a phone”

My wording was intentional.

If I’m workin with fresh tomatoes, I’ll grate them and then saute enough to evacuate enough liquid to make it a proper sauce.

I disagree. Best tasting is an opinion. Tossing crushed tomatoes on your pizza is cool and all, but my best pizza sauce is a Chicago style marinara that’s taken whole canned tomatoes and cooked them into an oblivion where they no longer hold form. A bit of white wine early on, and a bit of extra virgin once we’re done

I was confused by your post. It had a list, but only one entry.

I’ve always found the best way to switch is to make it quick. Toss the old one in the recycling bin, and say goodbye to your files. If they mattered they would have been backed up already. Just think... all those files you just lost, you could have lost them already. It could have been a particularly nasty drop, a

What about AmazonBasics rechargeable batteries, they’re cheaper than eneloops (almost half the price), and are functionally identical (literally, they are just rebranded eneloops)

I didn’t read this article or anything, but I’m outraged by the title. It sure sounds like you are suggesting some sort of censorship and that is unamerican (if you are not actually american, then I guess I can understand why you don’t love freedom)

A pair of scissors makes this process much faster.

There are far more asinine things discussed on the internet... For example, meta arguments about arguments on the internet.

No, the irony is that they USED to sell a version that didn’t have BT, so they wouldn’t have to design and develop anything.

I appreciate your snark. At this point, the time and money spent on developing the BT functionality is a sunk cost and the few extra dollars spent on the BT enabled microcontroller is trivial.

I don’t think you understand how economies of scale work... The device uses a microcontroller, prolly one with an integrated BT radio, It costs a few dollars. It is likely that there is a similar microcontroller produced by the vendor which lacks the BT radio and would be a 1/1 replacement, and cost less money, not
