This story almost brought tears to my eyes (I dunno why I get emotional when reading stories like this). Such an amazing story. I think it would make the story even more amazing if someone were able to adapt it for a short film. Even if it were the pilot's voiceover video. Would be even more awesome.

@BazookaJoe: I think you need your head examined. TNG was clearly the best. Voyager was pretty good. I liked it better than DS9.
