@Steffi: Good point. I think a lot of these things are based on cost. Right now electric and hybrid cars are the cheap way to go. I'm sure if Hydrogen cells and other like fuel sources will take off once the bastard oil industry stops their strangle hold on everyone and everything!

@SynthOno: My 2010 Fusion SE (4cyl) gets me 700KM on a single tank of gas. I'd say that's pretty damn good mileage for a non electric or hybrid car.
