Awesome, truly awesome!

*Giggle* Here in Idaho, I suspect that holds true for a lot of them. Wide stance, my sweet patootie! LMAO

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. It's like we're on the verge of "The Handmaid's Tale". It's terrifying.

Agreed. Those old stereotypical structures damage humanity as a whole.

Yep. Same in my neck of the woods, circa late 1980's.

Aw, let her go for it. You're only young once- and once she's out of high school, and has to get a job, she may not have the chance again!

These articles really ARE spot-on, right down to the "accountability" thoughts, LOL! Having a baby is crazier than you think, but you really don't know it until it happens to you. Congrats, by the way.

Oh, cool! Your country grows the best coffee in the world, as far as I'm concerned. And even though I've never been there, the photographs of the land- beautiful. And for the record- I hope that you don't get hit with any cheap shots. No one should denigrate peoples' home countries. The U.S. has PLENTY to not be proud

Agreed. The statement about sedating a molester and locking him in a room with a parent of a victim? Doesn't even apply here. This was heat-of-the-moment, the guy was in the act of committing the crime- fully a different scenario!

Damned straight. You're preachin' to the Mama Choir!

I know. All we got was Glenn Beck.

I do believe you've got that in one, Temperance!

The possibilities! They're endless!

Why would they want to stop that? Sharia Law is very, scarily similar to LOTS of proposed legislation that's been introduced in this country recently....

Tracy- no worries. You may discover, when your little one is about 2 or so, that for some perverse reason you suddenly want to have another one. I know that I'm not alone in this; many of my friends reported the same bizarre phenomenon. (You would think, after the horrors of birth and nursing 24 hours a day, it WOULD

I was thinking something along the lines of Neil Gaiman's character Delirium...could just have them float about your head, like a cloud of sparkles....

NO. Absolutely NO.

Absolutely! Plus, trade schools used to be a very good way for financially disadvantaged kids to work their way into a job that paid well enough so that they *could* afford college- a lot of the higher-ups in the corporations that I work with did exactly that. They acquired the technical skills, got a good background

I've often thought the same- it fits the bill better than any other illness.

And so an already battered heart cracks a little more. Thank you, Mr. Bradbury, for everything that you did, and for gifting so many of us with your work.
