That’s surprisingly small. I remember offering to fill up a friend’s Gallardo a while back... I was a bit shocked to then learn it had a 28.5 gallon tank!
It helps to build rapport with your dealer (i.e. buy/service multiple cars with them). Oh and Porsche may sell cars at MSRP, but that doesn’t mean they re-sell at MSRP.

From what I heard, Benny was a nice guy. His collection was also ridiculous... multiple Enzos, FXX, Zonda and F430s in at least eight different colors. His family continues to get new cars - they have a LaFerrari and a “regular” Huayra.

The Z28 would be my car of choice. It’s amazing what that thing can do on a track. The Mustang would be a closer-than-expected 2nd for me. The Hellcat is if you feel like making smoke, noise and going fast.
How much communication from Doug and the crew leading up to the finish? When did you guys realize it would be close and were they really fine with you guys racing like that? P.S. I’m heavily biased towards Corvette, so congratulations!

As a fan of Doug Fehan and Corvette Racing, the last few laps were tense! I’m sure the higher-ups at Corvette were stressed out too. Fantastic performance by the yellow and black though!
