Personally I think that this is a great idea, Currently Windows 8 is a pretty good OS, can't wait to try the Consumer Preview next month. It actually does run those games! The hardware emulation is minimal as (IIRC) it just hooks calls to interrupts commonly used for sound, video, etc and emulates them that way. But I might be wrong, it's been a while since I've used DOSBox. But ya, it does actually run the games, and Windows 3.1.
