To paraphrase Anna Russell: “The reason he has such a great voice in the first place is that he has resonance where his brains ought to be”
22's! Dear gawd, the standard wheels are 10's. 12's would be too much.
I am by no stretch an expert at transportation economics, but this stood out to me:
Fun Fact: in Ontario, the fine for riding a bike on the sidewalk is twice the fine for driving a car on a bike lane. WTF?
How does the feature know what the speed limit is? Is it GPS based? Because my Garmin is wrong about the speed limit all the time.
Also, if the Tesla was (self) driving vastly above the speed limit, the truck driver might not be held responsible for underestimating its speed. You’re not expected to be watching for oncoming traffic an quarter mile away in a thirty zone. (Note: This is hypothetical. I do not know what the speed limit was where this…
That user name!

“How come there are no monuments to the heterosexual community?”
Some people keep their interior spotless by chucking all their trash out the window. At least when someone has a cluttered car, you know they aren’t one of those.
Every damned car should have a clutch. Now excuse me, I see a cloud that needs to be yelled at.
ZARQUON! I KNEW IT!
The latter. Here in the rusty regions, even after taking off the lug nuts there’s no guarantee the wheel’s coming off without being beat on a bit with a selection of sledgehammers. It’s very easy to knock a car off a jack in the process. Ask me how I know.
I am a clinically obese 50-something with a bad back who rarely rides anymore. Motorists STILL consistently underestimate my speed. The last guy who cut me off by making a right turn from a red light without stopping said I was “going too fast”. I was going 28 kph in a 50 zone.
I just wish car drivers would adopt the equivalent logic: “I’m about to turn right. Should I pull up to the left side of this bike that’s going slightly slower than me, then suddenly turn? Would I do that if I was behind a car/garbage truck/backhoe that was going slightly slower than me?” In other words, if you…
Then Elon Musk would not like you. And you would NOT like THAT!
Those of us in the upper-middle-lower class are studying ways to add electric assist to our bicycle.
I’m not sure there’s no benefit. I may be wrong, (experience has given me many examples of this) but I think using a smaller fraction of a lithium ion battery’s capacity has positive benefits in terms of cycle life.
