I’ve been waiting for them to just abandon the idea of each hero having their own series of films, and just have each movie be a standalone that stars some number of heroes.

They just need to have a series of Marvel Team Up movies. Low stakes, big laughs, and odd combinations.

I went from ‘Maaaybe...’ to ‘Nope the fuck out.’ the second this was revealed. It’s so fucking stupid and lazy >< It’s clear real effort and thought went into Heath Ledger’s Joker (like the costume? EVERY detail down to the seems and how it was sewn was thought out!).

The fact that his cheap-ass Hong-Kong era movies were allowed to budget for takes, while the multi-million Hollywood movies are not, is a terrible indictment of the entire industry.
