I read that all the way through and am now much dumber for it. Who can I sue over this? Is it you?

for those puzzled about the death of the site, remember: Sonic died once and was resurrected by the kiss of a princess, so just wait.

This trailer alone deserves mention for being so professionally executed.

It looks like he asked the internet AITA and it answeredyes, you are the asshole” and he’s reaction was “no, your stupid and what you care about is stupid”. I’m not sure why you defend him for it.

Just because something isn’t real doesn’t mean that it can’t be important.

A Professional sports player not understanding people getting emotionally invested in made up things that don’t really matter... lol. What is that saying about pots and kettles?

“If you ran for Ahmaud, you need to stand for Bre

It’s an easy-to-spread myth with the over-saturation of police procedurals on prime time TV (Blue Bloods, SVU, Chicago PD, etc.). Those shows aren’t just entertainment, they’re propaganda.

I would describe that as a you problem.

Loved this movie growing up and I saw it the other day, and I think it still holds up, mostly. The sets all look like a Disneyland setting and I want to run around and play on them. Like, right now. At my age.

I loved this movie as a kid and I still enjoy it. In fact, I watched it yesterday.

I posted something similar about this somewhere else:

NYCers made that mistake with Giuliani and 9/11.

Sweetie, no. He’s a petty man who won’t put aside his beef with de Blasio for a unified public health message. Take some of the coronavirus theater with a grain of salt. I see cynical politicians trying to create a Giuliani 9/11 moment for themselves.

Cerny talking PS5 specs is ASMR to me

I’ll back you up, even if nobody else in here will. I’ll pay out the nose for movie theater tickets because they’re playing it on a screen that’s 50' wide with state-of-the-art digital surround sound, and I get the opportunity to see it before most people.

Yeah this strikes me like the “alternate angle” feature that DVD touted when it first came out - the idea was that with a single dedicated remote button press you could see alternate angles to scenes and make your own director’s cut (theoretically they could also switch live to storyboards or whatever), but outside of

Agreed. This seems to be halfway between standard film/tv and an immersive world-building game, without the benefits of either - you don’t have a professional cinematographer choosing the best shot, and you don’t get to take the time to explore. Instead you’re floundering around trying to keep up with what’s going on

Hahahaha! I can’t believe someone wasted money building a service around this gimmick. Where is the benefit to screwing around with my phone as the video plays to try and find the best version of a scene? Might be neat tech for an fmv game like Her Story, but I think I’d even get annoyed with it there because I’d have

Vertical video is horrible to watch.
