Agreed. I was/am a backer on this project and I (and many others!) read this and were completely okay with his reasoning. Knowing that the game is still being worked on is great news, but even if it were to never materialize, I don't consider it money poorly spent, unlike several other projects I could mention...

There's a pretty epic eye roll from Konrad in this video when Peter declares emphatically that he still is invested in GODUS. Pretty amusing to see.

You are incredibly talented. Thank you for the laughs!

Um... yes, that would be the reasoning.

But of course, it doesn't end there, with 'one step' of Free Speech. Anita is entitled to state her opinion. Others are entitled to respond with their own opinions. And we are entitled to respond to their opinions with 'those are horrible, hateful things to say and, in our collective opinion, you should NOT say

Well, okay, let's break that apart there because... what?

You know, my favorite part of all of these (you posted the same letter four times) is that in none of them do you notice that you have an extraneous 'And n' at the bottom of each of them. You're clearly taking this really seriously. Also, I'd like to point out to you that every post you've made that hasn't been this

Don't forget the 'Why didn't Kotaku capitulate to our demands based on completely fradulent claims? This is clearly all your fault!' portion!

Hey look! The 'gaters have shown up.

Day of the Tentacle, Grim Fandango, and the Monkey Island games were some of our favorite LucasArts adventure games. The reason we didn't include Grim Fandango was because it had such a great arc that we don't know what more they'd be able to explore. But Loom from LucasArts was conceived (or at least retroactively

People really have no idea what censorship is, do they?

"A Fire Inside" is a band that reached the peak of its popularity around 2002 or so and featured dark songs for angsty-ragey emo kids.

The point is "we have 10,000 games and we need to pick 100 that we're going to bring to Steam. Help us narrow that down to 500 games so we can pick those 100 games a little easier"

If you look on the comments of the video, the actual voice actor for 'Driver Ed' shows up in the comments :)

gotta agree with you (re: fact checking it up front), but I'm giving them credit for the fact that they said anything about it 18 months later rather than just doing what I would have done, which is quietly edit the original piece and then never speak of it again. :)

You raise an excellent point. Want to see my driver's license? :)

Now playing

Kudos for updating an article over 18 months old and letting us know about it.

Thank you. This was very moving to read, and honestly, perhaps one of the better 'game reviews' that I've read on this site. I think its amazing that we now have videogames like this which, instead of simply distracting, truly make us feel and think about our own lives.

Usually, even a non-Christian knows something about the earth, the heavens, and the other elements of this world...and this knowledge he holds to as being certain from reason and experience. Now, it is a disgraceful and dangerous thing for an infidel to hear a Christian, presumably giving the meaning of Holy

You see the ergaster and heidelbergenesis skulls? Where's the skull in between those?
