From experience, I know that Hayabusa speedo's are about 10% optimistic. In order for that to be reading in MPH and reading those speeds, he must have it geared to the moon. That's in KPH...so not nearly as impressive. Plus, the Corvette arctually accelerated faster than this 'Busa, even though the bike had the KPH numerical advantage. Dead give away, even though the video quality is shit, is that bone stock 'Busas won't power wheelie at 150 MPH like that, nor will that hit 220 MPH.
