This is one of the dumbest ideas I've heard. I guess "90/90/1 rule" sounds nice so it must work. Seriously? I'm supposed to work on my novel at work for 90 minutes? Derp-a-derp-a-doo!

And this is why people like Sterling get away with stuff like this. Because of peanut sized attention spans.

I hate that so many people especially "counselors" in high school pressure youths to go to college and yet many of those youths don't even know what to learn about. It's a waste of time and money to go for the sake of going. As for me, a top 10% hardly, but I did listen in class and had no problems passing tests.
