With any bureaucracy, the most common phrase is “that’s not my job”. Finding a person who has the authority to actually help you out is the difficult part.

My wife and her family are all CAA (which is like Maple flavoured AAA) members. Year in and year out. Personally, I have needed 2 tows in the last 15 years. The amount I have saved on not paying CAA is huge compared to the amount spent on towing.

You almost got it right. When the president is in YOUR party they can’t be blamed for high gas prices, but they can be praised for low gas prices. When the president is in the OTHER party, they are at fault when gas is high but when gas is low, it is due to market factors.

Nothing riles me up more than people using ‘gift’ as a verb. We already have the verb ‘give’.

It is probably at a point where they need to scrap whatever system they have in place for vehicle launch and start from scratch.

If there’s one thing the modern Ford can’t seem to do, it’s launch a new vehicle. 

If that contraption wasn’t on a different coast, in another country. I would buy that just to figure it out.
