Fallout 3 did allow you to sleep with Nova as a female character (if you had the caps, ha), so there’s that. New Vegas has prostitutes who’d sleep with clients regardless of gender (except for Jimmy, but he was a “specialist”). NV also has the perks Confirmed Bachelor and Cherchez La Femme. Those perks impact gameplay

Or pretend it’s visual fanfiction.

Yeah, I recognize that’s probably what they’re going for with the family as a story-telling device — that the baby just has to show up as an adult — but it just bugs me as a bit of a restriction. (And also makes me wonder just how much background this protagonist might already have.)

Exactly the look on my face when she decided to tell her secret hideaway address to the squirrely, drug-addicted doctor. I thought for sure it was going to be Sembene, but no.

The family angle is really where this show shines.

This sort of argument, the “setting made them do this,” is a really poor one to make. What is or isn’t in a work is up to the creators; it doesn’t just happen without input. There’s no “accuracy” here when they’re making up the rules.

It’s set in 2077 and it’s a game, not a history lesson.

If that happened, my god ...

I really like the upgraded customization and character creation. Especially the character creation. Look soooo much better than the last two entries in the series.

Yeah, it is interesting. Not that I’d, uh, do that or anything ... ahem.

I already know I’m going to spend waaaay too much time on that “optional” part of the game.

*Book spoiler-ish*

Ramsay is so good at what he does that it’s comes off as a diabolus ex machina. He’s never been defeated and that’s boring. Even Joffery and Tywin stumbled now and again.

Vanessa and Brona only met very, very briefly before. There’s no reason for the former to connect the latter to Lily, especially when Victor has the whole “cousin” story. I’m not sure if Dorian really recognized her, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he had and was just playing a one-sided game of “I know who you are.”

The dialogue in this show is some of the best, especially when it’s over the top.

Definitely the breakout character for me this season. Lyle is a damn delight.

I am not now, nor will I ever be, resigned to Vanessa dropping the ball about recognizing Lily

That name was the biggest crime.

In a series about magic, immortality, and Wizard Hitlers, that epilogue remains the most unrealistic part. Felt like a very pat, Victorian ending. There’s no need for holding the audience’s hand, even considering the target demographic.

This might well end a good flick — fingers crossed on both hands — but I still can’t get behind that title. Drives me nuts.
