Exactly the same. I've had dealings with the Ministry of Sound back in 1996 and you could tell they were controlling then. It's all about the money.

In that case they'd better go round suing everyone that's ever made a mix tape/cd/playlist and accidentally gotten it in the right order. Actually, come to think of it. I should register my Shopping list and then sue the hell out of whomever copies my list order.

Quite frankly. Tough Shit Ministry of Sound. Surely you can't own the order of a list for Christ's sake.

They should still be there. If you looked you'll be able to pull them out and say I told you so.

You're making a claim so we're all presuming that you're basing this claim on stats and links to information broadcasting these stats. Interesting that you state 'Just look around. It's easier to find OS X for windows stuff than custom shells. I've never once, apart from via this article come across one OS X shell,

Never had that problem.

Sorry mate. Us Brits spell things correctly it's you lot that are still spelling things like they used to in the 1600's.

Stats and links please

Has to be my Surface RT. Was never convinced by tablets till I bought that. It's my e-reader, office, newspaper and communication hub all in one, but what makes it better, is that with the keyboard cover it's as good as a laptop. And when I need some downtime it's my Game console, MP3 player and cinema too.

It's definitely iTunes. Every single computer I've tried it on has run it slow and what with doing music production and software development I've never owned bog standard P.C.'s, just real power horses. I finally gave up the ghost with it around two years ago, and I can't say I miss it.

Ah, yes of course. You must live in America. Elsewhere it's selling really well. Still each to their own.

What problems did you have when using WP8?

Your old device doesn't have the pre-required amount of Unicorns.

It never has 'just worked' that was always just bluster. If you tell people enough that something 'just works' and each time it doesn't tell them that it's either a 'feature' or just not an issue, eventually they'll believe that it 'just works'. That's all Apple have ever done pushed the 'just works' mantra without

Being a Cunt doesn't make you right, it just makes you a Cunt. You want to rely on dodgy statistics that's your business. The rest of us will just rely on facts.

Looks like we're going to have to spell it out for you. Windows Phone 8 is currently doing very well, it's rising slowly but definitely rising. It's being adopted by more and more companies as they're preferred corporate smartphone.

You actually need to say that again to some of those Game Developers who make the games that you so love and ask them exactly how good Microsoft have been over the years. I guarantee you that they'd take the Xbox 360 over the PS3 any day. It wasn't known as the Sexbox in the industry for nothing.

It would have been a vast waste of money. We now know how this goes... 'Murican company 'Not Guilty'... foreign company 'Guilty', no waste of time or money needed.

Maybe Apple haven't said it's 'revolutionary'... yet. You are right in your assertion that the main people that have been tagging it as 'revolutionary' have been the bloggers. Apart from them though are the fans. Christ I've seen so many Fanbois, particularly here on Giz claiming that it's 'new', 'revolutionary' etc.

IMessage has had a long history of failing. If you do a search on it its well documented. Can't speak for the rest as I don't know about them
