I own two Prius vehicles: one 2013 super-basic, entry-level model and one 2018 Prius Prime Advanced (the “flagship” Prius, if such a thing exists). They are both excellent vehicles, and the Prius Prime Advanced, with it’s unique body styling and electric blue paint, gets many compliments and inquiries as I live in a

Huh. I didn’t know that and I went to college in that city. A college on the river, no less!

Don’t think that this didn’t go through my mind. In some of the bad dreams I’ve had since that day (and this wasn’t the only terrifying incident I had on that deployment, nor the most tragic one of my career) I didn’t stop the boat and it crashed into my ship and exploded — frequently killing me.

When I was in the Arabian Sea in 2002, enforcing the UN Blockade on Iraq, I had an incident one night where a dhow (small fishing boat) drifted too close to my warship. It was lighted but apparently unmanned from what we could tell, and was dead in the water and adrift.

Oh, okay. You got two hours into a 120+ hour epic D&D adventure. You know, the kind of thing that, when played at a tabletop, lasts for months if not YEARS (my current Out of the Abyss campaign has been running for 2.5 years and is only about two-thirds complete).

Poe’s Law.

A citation for a violation of Poe’s Law, then.

Fuck off.

You are the first person to describe Sigil as dull or bland.

Anyone who has not played Planescape: Torment owes it to themselves to do so, presuming that you enjoy plot-heavy, text-heavy adventure games.

The warnings are fine.

Holy shit.

I see nothing wrong with that. As I said, I hope they set it up such that both new people who know nothing about the original arc and veterans of the series can enjoy it in their own ways.

The correct answer to flavored sparkling water is Polar.

I don’t even understand how this discussion is a.. well, discussion. It’s a National Historical Park! Doesn’t that literally take an act of Congress to open up for mineral exploitation?

Hey yeah, let’s just do what we did in 2016 again in 2020. It worked so well last time!

Baldur’s Gate 2 wrapped up the plot pretty well if you played the expansion. I’d love to see a new arc that builds on the themes and allows new players to enjoy it without too much confusion if the didn’t play the first two, but still has plenty of reference and plot points for veterans of the series.

This issue doesn’t impact their bottom line, and a company like Delta is definitely not going to get involved on an abortion issue just because their hub happens to be in Atlanta. They have to operate in every state, after all, and this is a nationwide fight.
