Austin’s city council is insane, but Uber brought it on themselves. They’ve built a business on dishonesty and their CEO is creepy as hell. I like the idea of the service, but I think someone else needs to be running it.

I think your last paragraph isn’t quite right. The push isn’t for women to go topless. It’s for women to have the right to go topless. It’s legal in lots of places, but it’s also very rare. Likely to avoid harassment, but I haven’t researched why women don’t go topless.
