Sooooo... Basically Sony did with the Vita what it does with every other Sony technology/product. They release something cutting edge, attempt a monopoly, gouge the people that bought in to it, then move on to the next thing, leaving the consumer wishing they hadn’t bought into Sony technology at the beginning...
I can’t comment on some of the shows mentioned, as I haven’t seen any of them, specifically for the reason you mentioned: they aren’t about the cars.
Shows are about ratings, ratings happen because viewers, viewers want to want other people.
Case in point: My wife doesn’t care about cars. She likes driving a “nice”…
If you are concerned about a few thousand in depreciation, don't buy a new car to begin with.
Lanesplitter must remain 2-wheeled, but TRUCK, YEAH doesn’t have to be just trucks? Whatevs...
Change whatever. Use the move as a convenient time to redo certain things. Cut your hair differently. Dress however you want.
Keep the Stig.
If the plane is in disrepair, ok, but from what I can see in the picture, the plane is nicer than the neighborhood.
As opposed to when people see a Corvette and think, “oh, look, another mid-life crisis trying to compensate for something.
Or when people see a Miata and say, “I wonder if she’s cute,” or, “I guess he couldn’t afford a grown-up car.”
Point being, I wouldn’t put too much stock into what other people’s stereotype is of…
I came here to post how tow hooks aren’t standard but street tires are, but this is the Z71 version (distinct badges, grille, and wheels) and tow hooks and AT tires ARE standard.
Never visit Korea. Those that have will know what I’m talking about.
Also, you’re single? Wow, never would have guessed...
And people would know that it’s a shotgun.
Boo hoo. Why do you care how big the party is? My experience is that when you are a part of a large party, the servers give you shitty service and then mandate an 18% tip for never getting around to refilling your drink.
Some people, like myself, take Amber alerts seriously. We don't just silence and disregard them. I note the make/model/color of the car, and keep the license place handy so I can keep my eyes open while I'm on the road.
Please tell me I don't have to explain the whole "cry wolf" thing.
Yep. I was in a Starbucks in the DFW area and everyone's phone went off at once. I had never been in a space with so many people with smartphones all going off at once.
There is no such thing as a good deal on a Jeep Patriot or Compass. Build quality, reliability, whatever it is, it sucks. How about a dealer-maintained Patriot that blows the engine at 45K miles? How much would you pay for that?
Congrats on being absolutely worthless to this post, while still managing to be somewhat condescending and insulting! Great job!
This probably won't help left coasters, but your Concealed Handgun License is a state-issued photo ID, just like your Drivers License. It works for flying, at banks, or anywhere your DL works.
It's worth noting that there are actually something like 56 FICO scores, not just 1. FICO has offered multiple categories of scores (General, Real Estate, Credit Cards, Auto Loans), and over the years has had multiple revisions of most of them. In addition to the multiple categories of lending that get a different…
I think it's an awesome concept, and although I'm sure that amount of money could have been spent more effectively if marketing wasn't an objective, those trucks look super cool. I like this over just purchasing a 30-second Super Bowl commercial.
Since valet companies hand you a ticket that says "we are not responsible for anything" on the back of the ticket, I don't see the problem with putting a small tag on your key that you hand them that says something along the lines of "driving this car is consent to be recorded."
