Have you ever read the source material? The sad thing is that Yunioshi is an actual, non-stereotyped character who serves a purpose in the story. The movie people, in 1961. read it and said, yeah, let’s just dispense with that and have Mickey Rooney do an embarrassing racist stereotype.

This is the thing. The internet is brimming with conspiracy theories, many quite outlandish. But none of these need to be true for this to be conspiracy. One frightened, implicated, sufficiently wealthy individual could suborn the guards. You could find evidence this was murder and the possibilities would be endless.

The thing is, while we have people online blaming Grand Cabals, none of those things would have to be true for this to be a conspiracy. It is a conspiracy if one scared, corrupt person bribed some guards. If this wasn’t suicide, the possibilities are still endless.
