On one hand I feel you, but what else can a PC-focused channel do? New stuff doesn’t really come out frequently enough to be able to put out meaningful reviews and previews every week, and info for budget builds doesn’t really change (on top of prices being heavily dependent on your location). That said, as others

I know you probably mean “C-list actors” but I love the idea of Kevin James secretly being afraid of dwarves.

Honestly, most things that aren’t videogames have a great track record. Before DoubleFine came in and (unintentionally) made people think of KS as a storefront it was a fantastic place for indie art projects and weird experimental stuff (not to mention slightly higher-budget stuff like the Pebble).

Nah. There are plenty of legitimate things to trash the Trumpster for, spreading fake bullshit like this only hurts the cause and gives his goons more ammo to say “See?! Fake news! Sad!”

I mean, by “asking for this” what they probably mean is that people wanted more hours - because the pay is shit and tons of locations pull the old “hire 30 part-time employees and give them a few hours a week” BS - and now they’re misrepresenting that to get some holiday sales.

Eh, I’m not sure I agree with that. I think you have to have some genuine moments in there for contrast, otherwise everything’s just 100% wacky all the time and it starts to feel a little flat.

Aw jeez, my sister died in the spaghetti

All Persona protags are named Charlie and nobody can convince me otherwise. P5 MC? Charlie. P4 MC? Charlie.

I mean, I can kind of see your point but the fact is these languages aren’t dying out “organically” - they fell into disuse because of the abyssal way we’ve (mis)treated these people over the years and basically criminalized Indigenous languages through residential schools.

I have a friend I tried to get into Dota and he had trouble with it for largely the same reasons - dude couldn’t stand the camera and wanted it to follow his character like he’s used to in LoL. It might seem like a huge pain but there’s a reason Dota’s camera isn’t locked (well, technically you can lock it by

Hah, I was actually just gonna link this. A friend of mine knew Skye, though I didn’t actually put the pieces together that he was involved with this until a few days ago.

Not yet, anyway.

If it makes you feel any better, your job is far more sustainable.

The Stanford Experiment was a sham, he was feeding the officers - his students, who studied under him and looked up to him as an authority figure - ideas on what to do.

Death Magnetic is uninspired and decent at best, but by no means their worst (or even a particularly bad) album. Now, if you wanna talk about its shortcomings from a mixing perspective, I’m here for it. It’s compressed to shit and the drums sound awful, but there’s a fan mix out there that’s actually pretty good.

lol k

Really enlightening, thanks!

Not really? For 90% of games what I said is true, Blameless just happens to be poorly-programmed. My initial point still stands, the information in the article about refresh rates/framerate is still incorrect; anyone with a 60Hz monitor can run Blameless at 144FPS.

Yeah, Dark Souls had a similar thing where the collision detection is tied to framerate so if you’re running it at 60 or beyond your weapon degrades exponentially faster since it’s making contact more times per swing. Valkyria Chronicles too, at higher framerates enemies absolutely shred you (I actually liked this one

Good point. In that case it seems really inaccurate (if not flat-out wrong) to say his monitor was the problem here - it’s either the fact that his system is good enough to run the game at 144 FPS in the first place, or the fact that the community’s rules didn’t specify you must only play it at 60 FPS; V-sync always
