White liberals don’t want to risk embarrassment by calling a black man out on his shit. They know that as soon as they do, their white supremacy is also called into question - something they want to avoid at all costs.

The biggest shame in all of this is that I haven’t been able to beat off to Christy Mack’s videos without feeling guilty about it.

I generally find the ROG brand to be horribly lame and the definition of “trying too hard,” but this is neat I guess. Wonder if something like this would actually affect their performance, or if they were too focused on the game to even notice.

A lot of gaming spaces in my city (many of which are tied to charity and fundraising events) have had to ban Smash at their events because a bunch of rotten, angry neckbeards always show up, harass the organizers for not playing with the right rules or supplying the right kind of TV, and shit all over the little kids

Yup. The key is to realize that it’s not a “real” racing game - it’s Mario Party with cars.

It’s $20 per year, less than $2 per month. As disappointed as I am by the voice chat shenanigans, that’s incredibly reasonable.

As much as people like to portray 4chan as some sort of omnipotent internet boogeyman, for the most part* it’s just full of normal people who want to talk about their interests the same as any other corner of the web. There are some great boards for things like papercraft, graphic design, diy projects, and

Thank you. I initially thought this (the call for dismantling it) was kind of gross because I was under the impression it was just, like, a regular museum exhibit or something. Now that I know it was a playground that totally trivialized the history behind the gallows, yeah, I can absolutely understand it and think

He’s a pretty mediocre-to-bad PM all things considered, but of course this site refuses to believe that because HE’S SO HOT LOL.

Hm, you do have a point there. I guess I could wait to see if Nintendo or any other companies announce their own solutions, but I’m not holding my breath. It seems like they would’ve been working pretty close with Nintendo to be allowed this level of access to the Splatoon artwork, and the clunky factor doesn’t

here’s an official headset

To be honest I’m kinda with you there, but this isn’t just about the voice chat. It’s indicative of a larger issue, that Nintendo always seems to be ~5 years behind (seriously, proprietary mics haven’t been a thing since the 360 launched) when it comes to adhering to modern standards and conveniences.

One step forward, one step back.

The bane of every tech support forum ever... “Works fine for me bro, maybe you should get a better PC :^)”

I can almost guarantee that’s the result of some wishy-washy exec... “We want it to be different, but not too different. Make it pop but keep it exactly the same.”

Yup. More often than not, behind every terrible logo is an executive who picked it out of a thousand better options because his nephew thought it looked cool.

Getting a bit too nerdy here but it looks like a bad Draplin ripoff.

Their new logo looks like an intern fucked up when they were messing around in the .eps file and didn’t tell anyone until it was too late.

Nah, that’s definitely a valid concern. I’ve actually seen quite a few little documentaries and video blurbs about Stepan specifically - he’s in a ton of different movies and as far as I can tell, suuuper well-socialized and safe.

Feel free to click through if you wanna know, but be warned: massive spoilers! (Man, that feels weird to say about a multiplayer game)
