This is gonna sound weird but I actually do think games look better when you keep the 3D on but slide it to the very lowest it can go (essentially making it 2D) - makes things seem just a little bit sharper.

If the game is well-suited for eSports and competitive play, a scene will organically develop around it. It always strikes me as kind of gross when developers make games with the sole intent of it becoming an eSport, or try to artificially push that angle.

I’m of the exact opposite mind: Overwatch is comparatively super shallow relative to other competitive shooters, and if I’m gonna go balls-deep I’d rather focus my energy on those.
