IIRC when it was originally announced it was coming to Live too, but then there was an announcement that it was coming to Vita for cross-play and all mentions of Live were dropped.

She still has boob armor, but it's better than most armors. (referencing the fact that an armor that bent around breasts would be incredibly dangerous).
