It doesn't seem like there's anything MLP about this...just a room full of super awkward and confused teenagers listening to terrible music.

Haha! Protoss vs. Zerg

Can Valve donate some Portal Turrets?

I swore it was game 1, because I remember thinking "Holy crap, this is just the FIRST game of the series!" I could be wrong though. I was in an MLG haze all weekend.

Kotaku needs MORE esports coverage! Also, you really should have put up game 1 of HerO vs Hyun. Insane back-and-forth macro PvZ

This is nothing new. I'll try not to go off on a tangent about how people feel entitled to free music these days.

Ughhh, Kutcher's delivery. That trailer was cringe-worthy. Terrible music choice too.

Who are you to say they aren't? Isn't that the entire point of the controversy here?

I've got to say this is EASILY one of my favorite soundtracks, and some of the pieces actually remind me of the music from "Deadwood"

Absolutely crazy that they backpedalled like this. I'm curious though...with the online requirement removed, how will developers be able to take advantage of the cloud computing benefits?

It was only one, but that's not the point. It's drowned out in a sea of Pop Tarts, Chicken flavored potato chips, Cinnabon pizza, and Hot Pockets. I just don't think it all helps paint a picture of us, collectively, as smart, and health conscious.

Am I alone thinking that the disgusting food showcased in these Snacktaku reviews perpetuate the idea that gamers are unhealthy sloths? Come on, Fahey, there are plenty of easy to prepare foods to eat while gaming that aren't going to slowly kill you.

This photo is so delightfully apocalyptic.

So am I to assume when I pick this up later, to play it at least one step up from "Normal" difficulty?

A direct sequel to a game that came out over ten years ago, and a re-make of Wind Waker. I think it's safe to say they're out of ideas here, and are floating by on fan service alone. Can you please just hand this franchise to Retro and let them run wild now?

We get it, Kotaku, you don't like the Xbox One. I swear, in my eight years as a reader and commenter (who has yet to be approved for this redesign, mind you) I have never been more annoyed to skim through these headlines. Seriously. How many "The Xbox one is shit and here's why" articles do we need to read? How about

Maybe I missed it, but what's the caveat?

I foresee lots of backpedalling by Microsoft PR. However, after all the shit-talking and "wellll we'll leave it up to publishers" talk that Sony has provided us with today...I think both companies will be doing damage control come next Monday morning.

I want whatever drugs they're doing at Nintendo HQ.

Gosh, at least Microsoft was up front about it. So third parties can essentially create their own online checks anyway. Tretton is really putting his foot in his mouth after that anti-DRM love letter now. What a mess.
