They should work with some of the modders to release a couple of texture packs for the game.

Yeah, my copy is for the PS4. I've got the collector's edition, but it's a christmas present from my parents :p won't be getting my PS4 until January sometime though :(

I won't be getting my hands on my copy of AC4 until after Christmas, but I am equally enthused for this DLC. I'm pretty much happy for anything AC related.

Although I had no interesting in King Washington simply *because* it wasn't related to the main universe/timeline.

Altair and Connor are pretty much the same in their own games.

Altair was helped along by Bloodlines and Altair's Chronicles, and then his appearance in Revelations sort of sealed the deal with him.

Connor would definitely benefit from extra games, even if they were handheld spin-offs like Bloodlines.

I think they were definitely hoping that they'd get to cover the slavery issue with a follow up to AC3...but the reaction to Connor was lackluster, so it never happened.

Hence mildly shoehorning in a piece of DLC for AC4 (even if it's not really shoe horning, since the character already existed, etc).
