Either 11 killed a bunch of children and that’s trauma she never thought to mention til now or Dr. Brenner, being our viewpoint character in the scene and not seeing the full events, missed 11 doing battle with an evil (probably psychic) person who came to murder everyone for evil (probably psychic) reasons.

Spoiler: at the end of the season all of the diverse characters get killed off and everyone gets locked out of the Upside Down because they were sharing passwords with the Flayer.

Even weirder, and I really thought this was the way they were going with it... why not let Wanda open the book of Vishanti. It’d give her a way to get her kids back in her own universe. Bam threat neutralized...

Then you can pivot to who or what was manipulating her into becoming the murderous Scarlet Witch instead of

When Wanda is asked point blank why she needs to take America’s power for herself to snatch the kids, she gives a stupid “well what if the kids get sick or something?” answer. It would be have been interesting if this had been moved to the climax and pivoted into a “Doctor Strange thinks outside the box” moment -

There are a ton of misogynist trolls on threads below whining about how now we clearly know that Amber’s a liar...because she got sued and ran out of money. Can someone explain to these morons that just because Amber seems like a deeply unpleasant person, that doesn’t mean she’s lying about being assaulted. It

Eh, the videos of his screaming at her are hardly promising.

This whole series of trials is an absolute shit show. The details are horrifying on both sides. What I hate the MOST are Depp fans turning court footage into GIFs and laughing at the whole thing.

As a straight, cis white dude watching this with an almost entirely Asian and Asian-American audience last week, I have to say, I quite enjoyed its interplay between the universal and the specific (an interplay that was on my mind because of a certain white dude critic recently making some thoughtless comments about Tu

I always wonder how things like this get codified into law.

Or it jumps to humans and turns them to zombies.

Honestly, I wanted to complain too, but last time I bitched about an obvious lack of editorial oversight on this network, it bruised the ego of somebody at Kotaku so badly I got permanently knocked back to the grays after well over a decade of commenting. 😒

just off the top of my head....
the main production took place in a old railway workshop called Carriageworks in Sydney Aus. since this is a vaguely historical set of buildings no major changes/renovations could be done....
so 600+ people had to work without heating or air conditioning on a floor that still had train

I understand the fear and I’m sorry you went through a horrible loss with your first pregnancy that naturally made you more risk averse.
But this is a personal essay, and when talking about the pandemic it’s important to separate the individual, emotional, the anecdotal, from the facts that we do know and the public

I’ll do YOU one better... where did this get made?
