Why the (Oh?). The case was rejected because it had been brought by an organisation rather than an individual affected, or potentially affected, by the law. It doesn’t say there aren’t any actual or potential victims.

I don’t know, even the refurbbed HST carriages feel a bit glum, especially in the new livery. Give me a power plug and a table seat I’m pretty happy regardless of the carriage though.
