Skimmed it. There are a lot of allegations in there relating to his management of her career, in addition to the claims of abuse. Frankly, if even a fraction of the milder stuff in there is true, this guy is a scumbag. I hope she takes him to the fucking cleaners.

Why is the civil suit special? Will it be easier for her to win it?

I would rather jam a flaming corn cob in my ear than listen to her music, but I totally agree. She seems like a cool young woman.

I really do too. She seems so…real. And cool. Not because of her "Tik Tok" days (prob in spite of it) but because of how she comes off in things like this. She's strong, motivated and (by all accounts) super kind. So proud of her for going to rehab for an ED, AND going after this scumbag. We're in your corner, Kesha.

I used to hate on K-E-dolla sign-H-A, then I saw that she titled her remix album "I Am The Dance Commander + I Command You To Dance" I fell in love. She is incredibly strong and brave to take on Dr. Luke- he's super acclaimed and powerful within the industry. I wish her the best of luck.

It seems that nothing is ever soon enough when it comes to people on Facebook. [They're] always looking for a reason not to address the actual issue in favor of nitpicking a red herring.

I am often no longer shocked when people say, "why didn't they come out with it sooner?" Because no matter what I tell them, how hard it is to say anything, people still believe that the victim is somehow "out to get" the abuser.

Not everyone comes forward with their abuse. I wish that was common sense.

People on my facebook feed are saying: "He's also worked with Katy Perry, how come she hasn't come out with anything yet?"

I believe her. Every word.

Yeah, her music never appealed much to me, but the more I hear about her as a person the more I like her. It's pretty brave of her to take a producer on like this and I'm glad she's doing it. Put me in the rooting for category.

I feel so bad for her. I am an unabashed Kesha lover - her music is fun, she seems like a cool person, and she really, really loves her fans, which are all pluses in my book. I'm glad she's out from under his influence, and hopefully can stay strong through this whole process.

So she deserved to be raped, drugged and beaten?? Are you a fucking monster?

So, because she sings songs about getting drunk and going out to clubs, she deserves to be drugged and sexually assaulted? That's just the chicken coming home to roost?

I feel like Kesha's camp hinted at this when she got out of rehab, took a while but I am so glad she's taking legal recourse against that asshole. I was wondering if anything else would ever come out, I kind of assumed somebody buried it. Can't wait for other artists to come out of the woodwork with stories about

This gif is everything!

Time for jail now Luke, MD.
