Bingo! I have a little dish/bowl of some type in almost every room of my apartment that is my jewelry safe zone. One by my bedside, one in the bathroom, one in the kitchen next to the sink, & one on my desk in the living room. Very sound advice. Plus, it's fun looking for & buying little dishes every now & then

Hey, to each their own. As much as I don't want to be, my primitive brain is lit by SHINY. The elevator lights at work are great for glitter and just stare at it, unless someone comes in because SPARKLY. Yeah, I'm working on accepting myself.

My husband and I aren't wealthy but my ring is worth a lot. Why? He's wanted to be a jeweler (but isn't), went to school for it, and really knows the difference between the good stuff and the bad stuff. Went to another state with a jeweler friend to buy the stone. He feels about stones the way some people feel

My wedding set used to belong to my husband's grandmother and is rose gold with a D-grade, internally flawless diamond, and was made in the 1930s. We have never had them appraised, but we are guessing that they are probably very, very valuable. I have worn them every day for the last seven years without incident.

I'm sure all of your purchases are completely rational and based on fundamental market pricing. Entirely.

Theologically? Absolutely nothing. Having a wife is not a "sin". It doesn't call any of the basic tenets of the faith into question. NADA. But it would make it hard for the patriarchy to keep a stranglehold on religion and fewer ways to control of women always scares the shit out of conservatives.

because it would mean the subjugation and exclusion of women from the church for 2,000 years was incorrect, and they can't be incorrect.

Atheist now but raised a catholic. The bible is supposed to be the true word of god. No where in the new testament is there mention of a wife. That would mean the bible has been "lying" by omission. But in reality it would mean that the people who decided what writings would go in the New Testament were hiding

I was raised Mormon (then I grew up, saw the light, and became atheist). In that tradition, it's accepted and taught that Jesus was almost certainly married. If we pretend for a moment that this character was a real person, a rabbi of the time period was expected to marry. I never understood the head-spinning over

Unfortunately, religious folk generally don't care much for science.

I second your motion. Please.

Can we please get this fucking "rickthemulletman" formerly known as "bannedburner" banned? He is still posting the fucking pictures of the cat licking a penis. It sucks trying to avoid the eyeball assault while reading the comments.

O_O What does it take to get charged with first degree murder?!

Wait for book deals.

I may be biased as a gay guy, but enough with the tits and ass, especially whore tits and ass! We get it! Most of the women in the GoT universe are just fuck toys. Solid writing, guys.

I was seriously disappointed when they halted Oberyn's undressing of the blond dude after the gratuitous female nudity. I may possibly have said out loud "Oh come on, bring on the dongs!" My husband was amused, anyway.

I worked at a restaurant in Avon, Connecticut, which is almost as snooty as Westport, so I can imagine. The people were super high maintenance and the tips sucked.

Any downtown where one of the anchor stores is a Tiffany's... you know you're gonna have problems lol.
