I'd love there to be a Kickstarter UK - similar UK/Europe sites are good, but Kickstarter frankly stomps on them.

My biggest concern is that this will be just as much of a pile of unoptimised shit as GTA IV was. Updated looks aside (GTA IV looked pretty good on PC) there is no excuse to have a port that performs that badly.

I can only assume that is indeed the case. Wolfenstein isn't the only game id had a say in that isn't included here. However all of their in-house releases are in check.

PhysX requires a specific group of chips that have only existed on the nVidia cards since the 8000 series - it was originally a stand alone company with a stand alone card, but nVidia bought it and made it unique to its brand. You won't get the effects with an ATI card - and this applies to every game that uses it.

I'm kind of getting used to it now. Hopefully they'll update the client soon to fix the random input lag some people are getting.

You never actually PVP'd in EVE did you? Sure the controls are to be.. desired... but the excitement generated from EVE PVP is surprising.
