You could see the beam, but not the light it left on the wall. It's a known and old issue with the source engine that still exists.

It's a standard battlefield tactic that has existed since the original. The wide open maps allow it.

I've yet to manage to find the fullscreen option. On the same token, I can't stay alive long enough to change them - being unceremoniously thrown out of the menu if I die.

The new server browser is a joke. Unfortunately it looks like EA is going to rely on it after release as well.

A 'remake' in the sense that it's not in source engine.

Ignoring the stylistic rip of TF2, one of the trailers actually shows a map that is more or less a 2fort remake.

Or so they claim, the main difference between Jumpgate and BP right now is that the former is not out, yet the latter is. I'm awaiting Jumpgate, if Infinity isn't released beforehand.

You've never seen one of these in real life either - so why should they exist in Deadspace?

That won't happen. The game is about survival and resource use.

It was supposed to be released every year since about a year after it was originally announced.

Could always try Black Prophecy, but they have a weapons balance issue right now.

What is this... sleep... you speak of?

With respect you must have missed the majority of the buzz on the game until now - including journalists playing as the various races. That and the couple of interviews that said categorically that they spent the time making sure every race was fun to play...

    I guess, I don't follow CAD.

    This is hilariously terrible.

Seriously, give this wench a chance. Her comic is about the escapades of some game store staff, and often breaks into the realm of clever humour - not out and out hilarious, but it doesn't need to be.

If you watch (somewhat) more closely, you'll notice they are spawning from many blocks.

Notch is planning on removing their ability to move blocks around.
