No shit. I was about to say the same thing. I am aware of the 'feisty Puerto Rican' stereotype, mainly from White Men Can't Jump. The PR women I have met and known in my life have been far from that stereotype though.

It's not bad. You got all kinds of things going on regarding walking, jogging, running. Just keep the heart rate up. Some people (sadly, I feel like I am becoming one of them) can't flat out run for great distances because the pounding in the knees/feet. Though I can (and do) walk/light job 5+ miles 3-5 times a week.
