That interior is pure alcanterrorism.

You know, for the life of me, I don’t understand why the Fox Mustangs get all the love over the 3rd gen Camaros. I think they look fantastic.

It's like when you can't find the right Lego.

Well, I can't speak for all my fellow Jalops, but I remember growing up in the 50's my father was a tool pusher for a drilling company and he drove a '57 Ranchero and then a '60 El Camino after that and if you know much about the oilfield, then you know what a harsh environment that is for ANY vehicle. Those two

It wasn't the G8 that didn't do well. The G8 was great. GM just didn't do better. GM didn't want to shutdown Pontiac though. The Federal Government required them to as part of the terms of the bailout.

Yes, because there are absolutely zero things between what a wagon can haul, and needing the weight capacity of a full size truck. There are no motorcycles, no refrigerators, no landscaping supplies, no full garbage cans, no small trees, no table saws, nothing. There are simply no relatively light, but tall things

Just because it isn't right for OUR market doesn't make it a bad design. The microtruck is a massive smash in japan but it very much a bad idea here. DOes that make the little 660cc kei trucks bad trucks because they won't tow a boat at 70mph? No. The fact that the Aussies have been using them for 50+ years now is a

Best info I could find was a payload rating of 1150 lbs. That's 1/2 a metric tonne. That 's pretty darned good. Towing figures are based on the Chevelle and that's at 3500lbs - about what a Ford Ranger will tow. Most boards I looked at say that with electric trailer brakes the El Camino will safely tow 5000lbs.

I don't think I like you very much.

Many people put down the PT because it doesn't handle as well, ride as softly or doesn't get quite the same fuel economy as similarly priced *cars*.

You must be new here. There ain't a lot of dissing El Caminos on this site.

I bought this 1992 Mazda 323 with 100000 miles for $1(minimum legal vehicle purchase price in Alberta). The clearcoat is totally gone but the car is super solid with not one spec of rust. I plan on giving this a new rattle can paint job and use this as my commuter.

"JAZZ HANDS!"

I don't straight up hate any Alfas, but the 146 has always bugged me. Being in the US, I have no idea how it drives. It could be amazing. The proportions, however, just seem off to me. Bland and uninspired. But I'd still take it over a Corolla.

Speed Racer was fantaaaaaaaaaaastic, man ! the car and the cartoon ! At the time, it was the only car cartoon to watch and that made my day everytime I watched it. The movie on the other hand was hell shit.

Sorry to burst your prejudicial bubble but I drive a Ford Fusion.

I dig your handle! :D

I'll tell you what, once Porsche stops selling the Cayenne and BMW stops selling the X3/5/6 because they are "detrimental to the image they claim to want to have" I'll lend this line of thinking some credence. Until then, I'm sorry but that's just nonsense.
