Your hot take is best take.
Your hot take is best take.
No, Fahey, no. The game is trash.
Aw, geez, they just painted the letters right on the buttons.
YOU’RE barfy!
And yet still no 43rd episode of Shadow of Israphel...
Dude, I never said YOU said you were justifying cheating because of the difficulty. As a matter of fact, I clearly said, in reference to you:
His body is @Reggie
Or you can just not bother trying to justify it as it’s not really necessary. You cheat because you want to cheat. That’s why I said I didn’t really care if anyone cheated.
Well, I doubt Sekiro is as bad as Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde on the NES. You want to cheat in that game to make it easier, I’m all for it. The craft in that game is borderline nonexistent.
So, you’re entitled to the cheating because it’s software you’ve purchased and can do whatever you want with it? I mean, I could use Game Genie on my NES copy of Kirby’s Adventure if i felt like it, because I bought the game and can mess with the programming via unauthorized means if I want.
I agree. People can cheat if they want and don’t need to justify their cheating.
Twin Peaks... series finale?
I don’t mind if people cheat in their single-player games so long as they don’t try to push the idea that they were somehow entitled to the cheating because the game is too hard. Unless there’s some kind of real-world obstacle (physical impairment) or legitimate flaw in game design (because the game is shit), I can't…
I remember Eddie Guerrero always referred to him as Bautista on camera. I didn't realize until later that was his actual name.
Sounds like the game is more emotionally manipulative than actually trying to deliver a meaningful message.
Guys getting their ass beat for running into the ring happens all the time. The wrestlers do this to defend themselves. They don’t know if the person has been able to sneak in some kind of weapon. That’s a legitimate risk.
Maybe it was his son!
I’m not saying the game has to be hard to be good. I’m saying the difficulty has to exist in the first place. There needs to be some kind of obstacle to overcome or puzzle to solve. The game railroading me through the levels and holding my hand through the puzzles ruins the entire experience.
Yeah, that went out the window with its direct sequel, Kirby’s Dreamland 2, which is probably the hardest in the franchise (Dreamland 3 and Amazing Mirror are also tough). The actual game to come immediately after it was Kirby's Adventure, which wasn't super hard but wasn't really a cakewalk like Dreamland was.
The gamers who are surprised are the ones who don’t read these articles.
