I’d love to give that game a try.

My household didn’t have a PC until the new millennium but we definitely always had a Nintendo system throughout the 80s and 90s.

Couldn't you find something like that in an archive site?

No, my comment is about me. 😎

Actually, I'm not very familiar with SimCity 4 but I do recall SimCity 2000 because of those giant, futuristic, domed cities.

I remember reading about SimAnt, actually.

The selfie in the trailer and the hand symbols in the poster were dead giveaways that this was going to be hot garbage.

“...like SimCity 2000, which is the game we generally think about when we think of SimCity.”

Modern Kirby level design really is just okay. That’s it. So if I play enough of a game like, say, Triple Deluxe, playing another game that’s essentially the Triple Deluxe formula rinse-and-repeated is just going to be a gameplay experience running on fumes.

It was Triple Deluxe except they took out the Hypernova gimmick and replaced it with a robot gimmick. That’s it. The overall format was the EXACT SAME, just with a new gimmick. I've always considered games like Epic Yarn and Mass Attack to be side titles that aren't really Kirby games but are still good in their own way.

I don't know which game would be number 2 but Kirby 64 is a strong contender.

The Wii version? You mean Return to Dreamland? That game was trash. You either got everything just right on your first playthrough of a stage or had to go back and play the WHOLE THING AGAIN just to get what you missed. But honestly, it wasn’t that hard to miss anything because generally, if you needed a specific

That's why I don't plan on buying it unless it's sold at half price.

But is it Kirby Super Star good?

I’ve never played the Kingdom Hearts games... but, knowing Square Enix, I can’t help but think you’re probably right.

Ever since doing a Twin Peaks marathon some years ago, I’ve noticed some parallels between the Earthbound games and Twin Peaks.

Forget Pirates of the Caribbean.

No mention of Nintendo shutting down emulation sites? Or what about Diablo Immortal?
