Yeah, but as a kid, only knowing that the game was The Legend of Zelda and thinking Link was Zelda, I bet a lot of kids put their save name in as Zelda and got their butts kicked. I know I fell for it as well.

Magikarp can’t learn TMs/HMs, at least not in Ruby. The only moves it can have in Gen 3 are Splash, Tackle, and Flail.
It’s a pretty sweet looking toy. It reminds me of the Triceratons.
Amazon has nicer video than Crunchyroll, but the subtitles are awful. Legal subs were finally getting some nice typesetting, and then Amazon went back to making it impossible to tell who’s saying what (or if it’s translation of some text on screen). And some of their timing of the subs has been horrible.
Didn’t realize how prominent private university hubs were. When I went to RIT in 2003 there was a hub, and it changed hands a few times with the only way to know the current address being via word of mouth. But I believe it’s still going around campus in 2016, talking to some of the interns for my company.
2008 and Limewire?! At least it sounds like you used a torrent, which I didn’t realize Limewire supported until now. I thought it was all P2P.
Not as horrifying as Kusarine Project
I remember Nobunagun more fondly than God Eater. God Eater was a bit tougher to follow and mostly left me confused - though I remember liking the last few episodes when they did finally air.
I know, but I was thinking in terms of a mobile gatcha game, which would be FGO.
I remember Nobunagun being ok, but feeling like the concept behind it was more interesting than what was actually done with it. Did get to learn about some figures I never knew about though (like that WW2 photographer)
Personifications of objects aside, the personification of historical figures in a gatcha game makes me think of Fate Grand Order, which also includes mythological beings. No George Washington, but there’s Thomas Edison. Mozart instead of Beethoven. I don’t think Grand Order has any philosophers though
So, was I the only one who preferred Clash of Ninja/ Gekitou Ninja Taisen to the Ultimate Ninja series? I would love to see a new Clash of Ninja that covered the rest of the series
Meanwhile I can’t even beat Normal without a Continue... in fact I can’t even make it through Easy without a Continue most of the time.
I’ve been prepping for this since they first showed Stoutland - every episode he has appeared in, I thought to myself, he’s going to die, and then Litten will join someone in the main cast.
Now I’m sad about the lack of a story/adventure mode again. It’s almost as bad as removing the tailor-made for each fighter Break the Targets - it was a great tutorial for learning the ins and outs of each characters’ moveset
Oppai - boobs.
So, what was he voicing?
Oh, yeesh.
